I like for breakfast menu and all staff in restaurants are good All staff from vallet service, lobby crew, and receptionist are very khind and helpful....

Very poor menu in royale club lounge. No value at all.... I'm paying for junior suite but nothing special... No welcome fruit and no free minibar... Only empty mini bar.... Poor television and limited service.....Only two unit lift operation from 5 lift.... Long que and wasting time...

Location is good. Breakfast selection is ample.

Rooms and greakfast were excellent. The staffs were friendly and polite. Bravo to the staffs. I will surely return again in the future.

Good place to visit Kuala Lumpur, high quality, good consierge, close distance to all important places and metro station, nice restaurants in the close distance, the same regarding shoping centres

ROYAL CHULANAug 01,02,03 2025Reservations for a Deluxe double room, instead got 2 singles,Room 415A.Arriving early, the hotel stored our luggages.Check-In at 3 pm, very smooth.The room is smaller than expected, not very bright, but clean and tidy.Friendly staff on the 4th floor.Weak soundproofing.Breakfast offers many sélections: mostly Malay,Chinese, Indian,  pastries, fruits, and excellent coffee. Very limited options for Western palates. Superb freshly cooked egg roti canai with choice of flavour, plain, strawberry or pandan.Same menu daily.Good stay but not as great as in the previous years.Special Thanks to the Roti Chef for the on-demand order on Saturday. Check-out in one second.

A lamp - a light should be installed in the room near the table next to the sofa.

Great location, adequate facilities

A little "tired"; the hotel is in need of some renovation. Had some problems with lighting and toilets breaking, although the hotel was very prompt about fixing them

Abang botak pakai spek welcoming me very well, I'm sorry i forgot his name. Breakfast, location, all good.

During my stay, housekeeping tak letak alas kaki in the toilet. And aliran air di tandas tidak berapa comel, kita nya tak boleh lantai tandas basah, so kena tolak air pakai kaki je. Hahaha.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the condition of the room during my recent stay at your hotel, which is rated as a 5-star property.The room was not properly cleaned and had a persistent, unpleasant smell, including a strong cheap rate phenyl-like odor that made it uncomfortable to stay in. The bathroom was in particularly poor condition—unhygienic and clearly not up to the standards expected from a hotel of your rating.It’s truly surprising and disappointing to experience such conditions in a place that claims to offer luxury and high standards. I hope you take this feedback seriously and take immediate steps to address the cleanliness and hygiene concerns for the comfort of future guests.Rooms was not even a 2 star facility.Book.com should remove the 5 star rating for this hotel.Location is good.

The breakfast was quite good..just on the western side, the chef@staff kind of made a face..kind of disappointed Abit with that situation... hopefully can improve...

The quality of the room was quite good..just the furniture can be exchanged..the bed was nice..and I was expecting more because the hotel rating and star are higher...and the television...well...you pay more but you didn't get what you deserved..

I like the location, very near with Pavillion. The bed in the room is so comfy and have a black out curtain. The service from the staff is good and very helpful. Even though I've already check-out, my car can carpark until 11.59pm.

For room, I am disappointed that the TV can't turn on but I'm okay with it since i more to watch my YouTube. The sound proof from the door is not okay because I can't hear the sounds of construction at outside in day time.
